Great Service at a great price.
I'm the son of an auto mechanic, and these guys would be comparable to my dad's garage when he ran it. Great Cuatomer service, they let you know exactly what needs done. Would definitely reccomend

Sunroof opened while it was raining
When I got into my car, my sunroof was open when it was pouring rain! My seats and everything were wet! It was not open when I dropped it off.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Fortunetly we have hi definition security cameras to confirm situations just like this. After reviewing the camera footage we can see the sunroof was left open when you droped off the vehicle. We never adjust sunroofs unless we see one left open and it starts to rain. Unfortunatly, we did not notice you left yours open until it was too late. I will be happy to provide you with a copy of the video footage proving this. Either way you have a wet car, and I got a bad review. I am so sorry. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Did not change my oil
I have been using Apex for 3 years. Whenever I make an appointment and am asked what I would like done to my vehicle, I always respond “whatever is required at xxx,xxx miles.” I don’t know what’s required; I know nothing about cars. I do whatever Apex recommends regardless of price because I do not want my car to break down, ever. Today’s appointment was supposed to entail “whatever is required at 140,000 miles.” That’s what I told the shop over the phone when I made my appointment. I don’t care what they do to my car or how much it costs; that’s how badly I do not want to be inconvenienced by unscheduled maintenance. So when I picked up my car (after Apex had had it for 9 hours) and the ONLY thing that had been accomplished was changing the differential fluid, I was irritated to learn that they hadn’t also changed the engine oil. It was due for an oil change. It’s indicated as such on the Apex sticker on my windshield. Why wouldn’t they change my oil or at least call me to ask if I wanted it changed? My time was wasted today and more of it will be wasted later when I have to get my oil changed. This lack of customer service showed low levels of initiative and attention to detail.

Fixing loose exhaust

Fast Service and Very Friendly!
