TRUST is the best word to describe Andrade Ohana Automotive. I moved to Venice 4 yrs ago from NY and found Andrade Auto 2 yrs ago. I was having trouble with my 2011 BMW 328i which I had taken my car to the local BMW Dealership twice and within a few days of the service the problem reoccurred. When I called the dealer to complain it became clear that all they wanted to do was to keep trying to trouble shoot the problem at my expense. I had used Andrade Automotive in the past for a wheel alignment so I dropped by and discussed the problem with Nic and he said he’d check the computer and within 10 minutes he told me what was causing the problem. He ordered the part and 2 days later my car was running like brand new. After this situation I decided both my 2011 BMW & my 2014 Honda had found their new trustworthy Machinic to service them. And by the way their service reps Kelly and Heather are also very professional and courteous.
