My concern relates specifically to an A/C repair on my SUV. After spending thousands of dollars on multiple recommended repairs, the A/C is still not working. Several solutions were proposed and completed, but the issue was ultimately not resolved.
In the process, my dashboard was cracked by ANA tire and automotive. When I raised concerns that the A/C problem had not been fixed and questioned whether I paid for repairs unrelated to the root cause, I was told that additional services were still required. I was also informed that ANA would not be held liable for any additional dashboard damage and advised they would look for a dashboard kit to utilize if further damage occurred, but the purchase was at my expenses. Keep in mind ANA cracked the dashboard since it was in perfect condition when I took it to the shop..
No refunds or credits were offered for the unresolved A/C issue or the dashboard damage.
I chose ANA Tire & Automotive because they previously did an excellent job repairing the A/C on my 1998 Jaguar. Unfortunately, that level of outcome was not replicated on my Yukon. While the staff experience was positive, the results did not align with the cost or expectations for this repair.
