This is a PSA for AMJ Garage, Main Street, Grasonville, MD.
They are my go to for auto repairs. Besides being professional, efficient, not costly, takes reservations (you can wait in their waiting room; coffee and water FREE), their most important quality is their INTEGRITY.
Friday I took a flat tire with a big bolt in the middle of the tire. I called them up and asked if they could look at it. I figured "new" tire ($150-200) and I would have to wait till Monday. But Jeff and his mechanics, checked the tire out and the tire was repairable (fixed it from the inside/out), so within 30 minutes I was back on the road, didn't even get to finish my coffee...
Another time, we thought the fan motor on the heat/air system was ready to go bad, $$$$ (2004 Honda Odyssey), so I went in for an oil change and asked for them to look at the fan motor. Well lo and behold, Jeff tells me, when I was checking out, that the fan was FINE, it was just some "debris" (leaves, etc.) had been sucked into the fan area, so they remove the debris and again, minimal $$ and the fan is fully operational for the summer.
So like a good doctor, or good dentist, or good lawyer, a good auto mechanic is worth their weight in gold.... So we HIGHLY recommend AMJ Garage, Main Street, Grasonville.
