The next time was when my car was making odd scraping my sounds on roundabouts — turns out it was just a brake dust shield, which they took care of very quickly.
Just now called yesterday to see if I could get the under-engine splash guard reinstalled, as it kept coming loose and dragging after a quick oil change place messed with it. They got me in the next day, and 20min later I was back in the road.
