Was pleased in the past with the service now not so much
in the past I've been totally super satisfied with the professionalism and the mechanical work that American car Care center has done on my 97 Ford expedition recently there's items as far as electrical that were messed up that I repaired because I couldn't afford to drive another weak with fuel consumption costing about $200third time I went to bat with them was for a simple engine radiator complete flush $100 it is absolutely horrible pick the coolant is at 35 to 40 below but there are so many contaminants still in that engine it was not done correctly and I have pictures to prove the flush less than a week and a jar on the right hand side of another vehicle that hasn't been done at least that I know for a fact of six months when the vehicle was purchased and they're both used vehicles I don't know if I'm ever going to go back there but like I said I'd like the people personally but the workmanship as very much declined and is me as being a business owner myself my priority is to take care of unsatisfied customers until they are satisfied and do the job correctly the first time and diagnose the issues
