Will nolonger get my business

I when to this shop a few times and things was ok but after this last experience I decided to cut ties. Called them monday explaining that vtm light was on and need the problem revolved that I'm going to Maryland Friday! Dropped my truck off Tuesday,Long story short Wednesday came they didnt find the issue. He explained to me he still trying to figure it out but I have a little coolant leak. So being that issues was more important then the vtm I decided to have him focus on that instead! So I called Thursday afternoon no answer as he's now screening the calls because prior he would answer right away, no call back that day! So I stop by the shop at 730 i was out that way. According to them they stay open til the jobs are done. Get there shop is locked up, lights off! My car is parked in the front my hood was unlocked doors unlocked. I left ran my errand and came back still same situation, I locked my doors and closed my hood down. I was suppose to be on the road at 6am Friday morning. They open at 7! I gave them time.. 9am came no call so I called them they didnt get nothing done claiming to be waiting on a part. I when to get my truck pulled up and they was sitting in a truck. He charged me 2 hours for the vtm which they didnt resolve and they seem to not care about the fact that I was suppose to have been on the road few hours ago, which I explained from the beginning! I asked why would you leave my car unlocked , i dont even do that! He claim they was in the back which was a lie. I said no work was done? His response was I said i was busy and i would try to fit you in and that he was doing me a favor! Smh No consideration at all. Very unprofessional. They will not get my business nomore. ..and no i would not recommend them. Sorry.
