important issues done rite
ALL I KNOW IS THAT I HAD MY TRUCK 2 OTHER PLACES THAT COULDNT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND HAD CHARGED ME FOR WORK THAT DIDNT NEED TO BE DONE COME TO FIND OUT AFTER TAKING IT TO DANNY AT AMERICAN AUTO.FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS AT AMERICAN THE VERY HIGHLY SKILLED MECHANICS FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FEELING THE STREES I HAD FROM THE OTHER 2 SHOPS THAT DONT EVEN BELONG IN BUISNESS.IT WAS VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR SUPERIOR KNOWLEGE AND EXPERIANCE IN TAKING CARE PERMANANTLY OF ALL MY ISSUES ON MY 12 YEAR OLD TRUCK..THANKYOU DANNY AND STAFF FOR THE RECUE OF A TERRIBLE HEADACHE I ONCE HAD .

The worst decision of my life
I brought my car in for repair..they charged me 750 then called back and said 1250..a week later I had to tow it back cause my car sounded like a motorcycle... they charged me another 500$.. saying it was a piece that had broke.... then a week later my car again started sounding a motorcycle again and my check engine light was on...I bought it back...he tried to charge another 530$ talking about you need a tune-up...absolutely not...I wil never go here go here again and dont recommend this place....period any good mechanic can tell holig what's wrong the first time...I shouldn't have had to come back 3 times

Mr. Fully, please let us know what we did not inform you of? We strive to make sure our customers feel taken care of and informed at all times. You received an A/C charge for a sale price after telling us you installed your own air conditiong compressor.
