First and foremost, the mechanic did not address the initial problem with my car as promised. Despite paying a significant amount for the repair, the issue persisted, indicating a lack of attention to detail and competence on their part. Upon realizing their mistake, I returned to the shop to have the unresolved problem rectified under warranty. However, to my disbelief, the mechanic flat-out refused to acknowledge their error and denied responsibility for their inadequate repair work. Their unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer.
A reputable and reliable mechanic should stand by their work and promptly rectify any issues that arise, especially when covered under warranty. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Am/Pm. Their dismissive and uncooperative attitude demonstrated a lack of integrity and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
I strongly advise against seeking service from Am/Pm if you value quality workmanship, honest customer service, and adherence to warranty promises.
