Fast, fair, knowledgeable, and polite!
Japanese Auto was recommended to me by my parents, who have been going to John & Co for a couple of years now. I've never been as impressed with an auto shop as I was with this one. The vehicle I took in was owned by some aging relatives who had let it sit idle/dead in the garage for over a year. I spoke to John over the phone and once in person. When I came to pick up the vehicle, he already called me by my first name, along with every other customer that came in. The list of recommended work was extremely detailed and well laid out. It gave the item, what it did, why it needed work, and what happens if you don't, and the estimated cost to do so. Communication and response time was top tier. I am thrilled to have found this place after 20 years of going to national chain shops. They have a customer for life.
