I have taken my 2006 Honda Ridgeline to Alternative Automotive on several occasions and am happy with the results. The team is ready to start work when I arrive for my appointment and my truck is ready when promised. In today’s economy, I feel the pricing is fair. Daniel communicated to me that an additional issue was found with my car when in for service recently. He encouraged me to find out if the issue was covered by my extended warranty - and it was! Called and asked if they could “squeeze” in an oil change while I wait ….this was approximately 12:30 ish……they informed me of their lunch period ongoing until 1:00pm….said if I could be there @1:15 and would that work for me,
I showed at 1:10 and was around 2:00 pm done and a with a complimentary quick scan for a code to be further explored when my schedule permits….always had great results here for a number of years and courteous service staff including owner Steve…..auto serviced was a 2008 Lexus

Routine maintenance
My car needed routine maintenance and checkup. I always went to whatever dealership was appropriate for my car, and always ended up paying way over $100. Here they checked everything and I was told it only needed oil change. Period. $77. I was surprised and happy!
I have been bringing both of my vehicles to Alternative Automotive for the past year. It is much more convenient than the dealer and I love the transparency regarding any repairs my vehicles require. The staff is always very friendly, the quality of work is excellent and the prices very reasonable.
