Same Day, Last Minute, Found A Part, Car Saving Service
Almar Auto Repair may have literally saved my life and definitely saved the life of my car and my mini vacation.

HERE’S THE STORY:

I got in an auto accident that did a number on my steering and suspension. I took it through the insurance process and the people that fixed it completely ignored telling me about the problem and gave me the easiest short term “fix” possible.

About a YEAR later, I was desperately trying to get the car fixed before I moved it, 10 hours away, to New York City. I came in early in the morning with no appointment and explained my situation. They very kindly told me that it might be IMPOSSIBLE, but that they would assess, call me back and let me know what they could do.

HERE IS WHAT THEY DID:

-Accepted my car on a Friday without an appointment
-Assessed the issue and gave me a fair time frame for fixing it (end of day)
-SOURCED A SPECIAL PART* FROM ANOTHER PERSON WHO, OUT OF THEIR OWN KINDNESS, DELIVERED TO ALMARS ON THE SAME DAY WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO (excellent relationships within the industry)
-GOT ME MY CAR BACK BY 11 AM!!!

I still had time to show my boyfriend around Charlotte and take him on a trip to Carowinds!!

They improved the quality of my life and gave me an even better price than I was expecting!

God is good! It was a divine appointment. See them for your next service.

Top shelf service
Almar is my go-to for great service at a fair price. Frank is a rock star; tells me my repairs will likely take a full day then calls me a few hours later to say “your car’s ready.” Typical of Almar to over-deliver.

Fast service, fair price, excellent experience
I stopped by to get an appointment and they took me right away. They checked the light that had come on, remedied the problem and wasn’t too expensive. The waiting room is filled with fascinating collectibles so my wait time flew by. Will return for a 60,000 service!
