I took my car into Allison Auto to check my VW transmission. They came back with a through report of everything I should fix for $3000k+ and no information on the transmission. I was charged $200+ for a full diagnostic assessment that they didn’t inform me about in advance, only when I went to pick up the car.
I’ve tried to connect with the shop regarding the transmission and they have not responded.
Allison Auto has done a great job of driving Internet- based business and they have invested in modern-era customer communication systems. I don’t have any indication that they have a great mechanic shop to back it up.
