After my car was at a previous shop for 2 weeks they suddenly decided they no longer felt like doing the repair and were agitated over explaining things for a very expensive repair. A very stressful situation that caused me to waste two weeks and pay for a rental for two weeks I didn’t need to.. terrible business that caused a nightmare until I found Allison. I ended up transporting my car to Allison and they were great and go through the steps efficiently with my warranty. Explained everything in detail, very patient and came in at much more trustworthy and reasonable price compared to the previous shop. They turned very stressful situation around and I will be back!
