We try to be as transparent as possible and even brought you into the shop to show the further modifications needed with having to custom cut through your 5th wheel bracket for the u-bolt to slide thru as well as suggested with approval for the added heat sheild before ordering it. Whether they gave me the price a couple of guys looked at my truck said yeah we can do it here's what we suggest. I agreed in hopes of a quick response and completion. Took over 2 weeks for parts to arrive after I placed a $500 down payment then another week before install took place. Then the final bill was over $300 higher than the route because time involved took longer, and they had to install a cheap fabric heat shield they hadn't foreseen. I would be a return customer
