Ahmad changed unnecessary parts and failed to fix the undercarriage damage. Upon picking up my car, I noticed burning smells and rear-end friction, which he dismissed. After driving home, my car smoked from the rear and needed to be towed back to the shop. Ahmad had replaced the rear end unnecessarily, influenced the adjuster to cover it, and failed to complete the paint protective film valued at $10k that was already on the car. He promised to cut me a check so I could go to the Wrap Lab that originally did the work, but he never did!
He lied, contradicted himself, and refused to refund the insurance money when I confronted him. He was paid over $25k but did not fix all the damage, claiming he wasn't paid for the undercarriage work despite it being his responsibility to list all damages.
