Top notch service you can trust
Had another great experience at All Makes. Stopped in for an oil change and a quick checkup, and the team was awesome. Super friendly, got me in and out quickly, and didn’t try to push a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need.

They gave my vehicle a once-over, topped off fluids, checked the tires — all the little things that show they actually care. Everything’s running smooth, and it’s nice knowing I’ve got a reliable spot I can count on.

Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for honest, hassle-free service. I’ll definitely be back next time!

Richard said they were nice, but didn't really do anything for him. He said he took the vehicle in for an inspection, but they didn't repair it. He said the guy told him it would be a waste of time. He added they were really nice people.

Extensive repair
Everything was great initially. My vehicle was repaired, the mechanics are knowledgeable, the waiting area was clean, and more importantly the cost I feel, was fair. However, an employee offered to drop me off back home since the repairs would take more than 3 hours. I dropped my Honda off at 9am and they called me around a quarter after 2pm to give me an update. The time of the repair went till closing. There was no one available at the shop to come back and get me. I wouldn't be rubbed the wrong way about this, except why offer to take me home but no offer to bring me back the same day. Only suggestion made was to not have a vehicle for the whole weekend and someone would come get me on Monday. Let's be for real, he wouldn't even take a suggestion like that. Other than the weird way of handling my ride back to the shop, I was pleased with the results. Thankfully I had a relative available to pick me up from home and bring me to my Honda.

Time for a change.
I have always had a good experience here. Last 2 visits were pretty disappointing. I was treated poorly when we were attempting to figure out the vehicle situation. One visit cost me an extra $1000.00, that was unnecessary. Last visit, a couple of hundred dollars and the vehicle left me broken down on the second day after services. Thank you for your help in the past. I hope that things work things out for your business. Good luck to all.
