Great customer service great knowledge and down to earth
I went to a franchise tire center. It was told the most ludicrous information I’ve ever heard. I have a 2026 EV Hummer SUV that had a small screw in the threads with 7.5 of thread left I was so gonna have to replace all four tires. I made a phone call to park here and within 10 minutes. They understood and told me that they’ve been hearing things like this for a while. My vehicle is up and running I was in and out. They rotated my tires. The price was great. I can’t ask for more thank you most likely. I’ll be buying tires from them as well. That’s what customer service is about.
