Stephanie and John are not pushy, honest and upfront with costs and future maintenance if and when necessary. Carlos is the lead mechanic and has been there from the start.
The shop lets you know what needs to be done now and what they will watch with a timeframe for items such as brakes.
I highly recommend Ali’s for your auto needs. If you are closer to Bellevue they have another location to choose from also.
