As usual an easy transaction. I always get the free rotation since I buy tires with Alignment Pros for all my vehicles. Prompt, friendly and professional service.
Was there for 3 hours. Went in for nitrogen and tire alignment. Got nitrogen very quickly and they found a nail. 5 stars on that part. That took an hour max. After that they put it on the alignment rack and finally at 4:20 they come out to tell me that they are having problems with the lie alignment tool. So for two hours they messed with it instead of just telling me they were having problems. I get they have other customers and you have to wait but I could have went and done other stuff with my time besides sit there hence the 2 stars
I truly appreciate the help I receive every time I do business with Alignment Pros. The sales person gave excellent advice on tire purchasing and yet allowed me to make my own decisions without a condescending attitude. I will always shop with these people!
Stopped in looking for new tires and the staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable in finding tires for what I need them for. Showed many brand and prices. Dropped truck off in the morning and had it back in a few hours. Excellent place to get tires and work done on vehicles. Highly recommend.
We got in quickly! Tires were already in the shop.
Got in the next day for new set & alignment check. Reasonable price and reassurance we are ready for road trips & winter!

Great service !
We are in the middle of a 5 to 6 week road trip and had purchased 6 new tires for our motorhome in Montana. After making our way through ND, MN, we figured we better have the tires checked. Periodically I tried to find a Point S tire service to have our tires rebalanced. We had a shimmy at certain speeds. I could not find one on our route. After traveling through a few more states we headed to Gillette Wyoming. I found Alignment Pros and after speaking with Colina we had an appointment to bring it in. It turned out that all the tires need 1 to 1 1/2 ounces of weights added. Office staff was extremely friendly and they got the re-balancing done in a timely manner.
