Had been a long time loyal customer of AC
Had been a long time customer of AC until last summer when I had my vehicle towed in due to an electrical issue. Told them what I suspected the issue to be, they stated they could not recreate the issue so charged me 480.00 and sent the vehicle back where it displayed the exact issue I had sent it for. Returned it for the same results and another 480.00! Back home, I determined they had never even removed the engine cover to view the view the engine, where I ( a novice mechanic) immediately saw the issue as being a break in the altenator lead wire and a melted ignition coil wire to the distributor!! If they had simply done their job and actually looked at the engine I would still be a loyal customer. No More!!

Jim said the business has what others don't have, questions about the status from the beginning to the end, they will tell the estimated time, and sometime during the day, they will call with a reasonable estimate of what they have to do. The estimate is given by the mechanic who is working on the vehicle. He suggested they keep doing the excellent work they always have done.
