Working with John was great & he made car buying a very seamless process! He always followed up right away and made sure that I had all the details that I needed!! We were able to handle everything over the phone and just walked in and signed the papers. I would definitely go back to this dealership and always ask for John!
Stay away from this dealer. As soon as they sell a car. They don’t want to bother with explaining the features on the car. The pre delivery check was never done. After driving my new car for two days the tire monitor light came on. I took the car to another dealer and I was told all 4 tires are at 26 psi. So they told me this car was never checked before delivery. I did the Hyundai survey and the dealer called me asking if I would change the 2 star rating? He was not concerned on why he got a 2 star rating or what he can do to fix it. All he cared about was the rating. I would give a 0(zero)star rating at this point. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
The staff are super friendly and inviting as soon as you walk in. As long as you know your budget, they can offer you many options for you to be able to walk home with the car of your dreams.
