I would like you to note that, although we found nothing wrong with the initial brake replacement we did, We did find other issues that really need attention. I prefer to give you information that might keep you safe rather then not mention it at all. Also if the issue was realated to the brakes we certainly would have made the adjustment at no cost.
to pay a diagnostic fee for them to check the work they had completed… their reasoning behind charging me a diagnostic fee was because according to them the issue of the vibration is not related to an issue with my brakes… meanwhile I never asked them to check the vehicle in it’s entirety I only asked them to double check the brakes they installed.
My complaint which I expressed directly to them is that there was no transparency in the fact that there is a fee, to have them check their work… I was told well they are not going to work for free… I had already paid close to $700 for an oil change and new brakes. A quick check to make sure the brakes are good after a vibration started after they did work on the car shouldn’t be something they charge for.
