Poor Customer Service
My experience with this business was less than professional. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for a starter replacement on a 2014 Honda Accord. At the time of making my appointment I was asked to provide the vin number to ensure that the correct part would be on hand at the time of the appointment. I dropped my car off as agreed at 0800. Before I left I asked if this was gonna be a day job or did I need to rent a vehicle. I was informed it would not take more than a day and that I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was done. I didn’t have a way back home so I walked 4 miles.

I waited around all day till almost 2 pm when I received a phone call from the mechanic working on my car that my vehicle would not be ready that day because the wrong part was ordered and they would not be able to have my vehicle ready till the next day. The mechanic also gave me the option to pick up my car that day and bring it back the next day. He informed me he however that I would have to pay extra for labor if I picked it up that day and brought it back. After a couple of phone calls to get clarification as to why my car would not be ready as promised, and why the wrong part was ordered after having my vin number to insure the correct part was ordered. I needed my vehicle and chose to pick it up that day. However, I didn’t feel like I should have to pay extra for labor when it was not my fault they ordered the wrong part. When

I arrived to pick up my vehicle I asked the mechanic if we could make a deal to compensate for the inconvenience. The mechanic refused to work with me and told me he had done everything he could do. I told him actually sir if you had done everything you could do I would be walking out with a fixed vehicle today as promised. He again said there was nothing he could do. I told him that’s fine I will pay for the labor but I would be writing a review about the whole exchange. The mechanic blew up and told me “you know what, take your car I don’t want your money, you are just like the rest of the world who want something for nothing”. As I am walking to my vehicle he is still yelling at me from across the parking lot. I threw my hand to up to wave and told him to have a great day sir.
