Always on time
I am always amazed how well Akiki take care of their customers. They are always so detailed with the service and very pleasant. They made my total experience worth going back every time. Love those guys.

Awesome service, it just takes too long
Great customer service and great work on the car, but the timeframe to get the work done is too long. I really love how they sent me a weekly text to let me know where they were in the process.

When I left there I was completely satisfied.
I had.the best experience with Akiki. They kept me updated on the progress of the body repair. When I went to pick it up I was was so thrilled at the final product. It was like the day I piked her up from the dealer which was very recent. On the whole.my experience with Akiki was great.

Took to long
My only problem with this process is that it took toooooo long to complete the project. I could be wrong 4 weeks to complete a $3200 job is a long time.
