I had an issue with my late model Mercedes SUV and had to call for a tow. I had never used the shop before, but they treated me like a long-standing customer. Did a very good job and charged a fair amount. Car was delivered on the day and for the price agreed to.
Everyone I dealt with at Akiki was kind and helpful. Their tow driver Harry was very kind and helpful when I was having an awful morning, I was told they were busy but despite the amount of work I had done the turn around was very quick. Their estimate felt very honest, they sent pictures along with their inspection, and the estimated time and price were very accurate.
The work was done quickly and well. Everyone was very cordial and professional ! I would recommend them any time’👍

I brought my vehicle in on a Thursday for a break change, I waited in the customer waiting area since it was pouring ran outside. It was very clean and welcoming,and if your a social person you can chat with other customer while you wait. The complimentary coffee is a very nice gesture, but muffins or donuts will be a delight to add. I came about 7:45am that morning and was finished about 11:00am, a bit longer then expected, the courteous service and the chatting with the other made time go by quickly. It would be nice to have a tech for service in the summer to accommodate customers. I recommend to remember to bring cash to avoid a 3% card transaction fee. There is an ATM in the waiting area,but that fee maybe higher. Overall I had a good experience. I am satisfied as the quality of work is great.

Terrible new owners
Extremely obvious disconnected air intake parts, electrical connectors and cracked plastic were not noticed during diagnostic. Didn’t even open the hood. Family has been going here for almost 15 years and we will never go again

Didn’t solve my problem, surprise charges.
The shop didn’t work on my car’s issues regarding consuming the battery while off. Was charged for assessment and towing. Was told about an issue in an area that had previous been worked on there, and the shop was unable to tell me why there was a power steering hose issue, while the power steering system was replaced by this very shop not long ago.
