Electrical problem on For Explorer
Another excellent experience! I recently purchased a used Ford Explorer that had a lingering electrical issue with the horn and Body Control Module (BCM) that needed attention.

I reached out to the local Ford dealer who looked at the vehicle with their mobile repair service tech and then ghosted me. I've called, left messages and even got a call back from the service manager who told me they would contact me once they had a plan.

After 3 months I took it to AJ who had it diagnosed, corrected and returned to me the next day.

I didn't have enough good to say about this shop.

These are true mechanics that figure out how to diagnose and fix a problem vs. the shop who only knows how to remove and replace parts the computer tells them to.

I've been going here for 3 years. I should have started here vs the Ford dealership. Lesson learned.
