I have never in my 55 years of owning cars delt with any establishment so professional, caring and knowledgeable. These wonderful people did a very complex job in remarkable time. Trust me I know I have many hotrods and have been in the repair business for 40 years.

Out of state help was much appreciated!
Last month our daughter's car failed north of Salem on the way back to school in Eugene. Thankfully the USAA tow truck brought the car to AJ's Repair Shop where we were able to arrange an evaluation and further diagnostic of the car to determine the repair value without being on their anticipated schedule. As we were triaging this all from Washington state, the folks at AJ's - Jake, Tony and Cheryl were super helpful in prioritizing what we needed done and stayed in consistent communication with us during the process. I would highly recommend AJ's if needed for your vehicle needs. They even helped us identify a wrecking service in Salem once it was determined the car was beyond a reasonable repair. So helpful and honest.

So far we've had the crew work on three family cars. Every time has been a positive experience. Two of the cars required extensive repairs and we've always been impressed.
We have had excellent service every time. We will always bring our cars to AJs

Not good.......Drive past
After I dropped off my car, calling 3 weeks later they did not who I was. Upon after 3 weeks waiting I stopped by, still no idea who I was. After 3 days south if 5 weeks, the car was done. $ 1000.00 bucks to change out the brakes Rotors, bearings, way over priced. I got Screwed. Power steering lost, I was charged $ 415.98 for a used power steering module. These modules sell from $ 199.00 - 349.00
My advice... Drive past AJ's save your money....
They did an excellent and thorough job repairing water leaks in my Mustang, and drying out the damp interior and treating with microboal spray. I find them to be organized, friendly, happy to help, and professional and knowledgable.
Mike said the customer service is good. The technicians' service that they provided took care of his vehicle. He is happy with this business and will return again.
