I personally don’t appreciate whoever was driving the black tow truck for after dark towing on 220 tonight. Literally passed me in an exit lane about 10-15 ft from ending (on the right) and cut me off to get over left. Almost ran us into the other lane where there was cars speeding past as he proceeded to pass me making me slam on breaks while they continued to merge in front of the cars in the other lane having to swerve from hitting another car. This driver almost caused multiple accidents. I have the tag number and have reported the wreckless driving. I had 4 kids and a passenger in the car. Your actions and recklessness could’ve taken multiple lives tonight. I am extremely disappointed and amazed seeing your a business vehicle going over 80mph on 220 passing vehicles thru an exit moments before it ended like an idiot.

Avoid this place at all costs!
My Dodge Neon broke down on I40 and AAA towed it here. The prices for the repair seemed reasonable, but when I went to pick it up on a Sunday it was sitting in their parking lot with a flat tire (key locked inside). The tire had two nail holes, one of which was sloppily plugged. I had to take it to a tire place to be repaired, and the tire guy advised getting a new tire (though he didn't have the right size) because the plug was badly done. I called on Monday. The owner first denied it could have happened, then admitted it but refused to pay for a new tire. They tried to cover up their mistake, left my car in an unsafe state for me to drive away, lied about it, then refused to make it right. I can't imagine worse business ethics. Avoid this place at all costs.
