Professional and courteous
After analyzing my vehicle there was more problems than I anticipated but it was not all or nothing. I was presented with an estimate for each scenario and was able to do what I felt was most important.

Great service!

Finally, a Mechanic I Can Trust—Fixed What Others Couldn’t
Good Jeep mechanics are hard to find, but after spending thousands of dollars all over El Paso, I finally found the right team at Affordable Automotive Service Center LLC. My Jeep had been overheating for months, and despite paying a fortune to a previous mechanic, the issue was never resolved.

From day one, the crew at Affordable was upfront and honest. They told me they couldn’t guarantee they’d fix the problem, but they could guarantee the parts—and that transparency meant a lot. In just two days, they gave me a detailed breakdown of the issues, complete with pictures of the parts my last mechanic supposedly replaced (spoiler: they hadn’t). Turned out, the thermostat, water pump, and sensors had never been touched. Because those parts weren’t fixed properly the first time, I ended up needing a new radiator as well.

They saved the old parts for me and explained everything clearly. Plus, they set me up with a login to track my service history and get reminders for future maintenance. While there’s no 100% guarantee the overheating issue won’t come back, I feel confident in their work and their integrity. Super thrilled to have found them—these guys are the real deal.

Air Conditioning Repair
Three times I took my vehicle in for service for the SAME problem (No A/C). Three times I returned the vehicle to Afforable Auto Repair for due to A/C not working. I had to replace the entire A/C system in my vehicle and I PAID for it. New parts all the way around. Still did not work! A/C only putting out HOT air. This 3rd time I was told I needed a new COMPRESSOR for $436.50 in labor fees. Told them you put this in and I would guess you did it wrong since it didn't work when it was "REPAIRED" the last time. Affordable Auto would only honor a warranty if THEY purchased the COMPRESSOR from AUTOZONE. The COMPRESSOR that was installed on 2nd visit came from AUTOZONE! GREEDY HYPOCRITES!! I will let as many veterans as possible know and anyone else about this disservice!

Mr. Gutierrez. 
We are very sorry that you are upset that YOUR parts are defective. You did not tell the whole story. You brought your 1997 Ford ranger that 2 other shops to Install the parts you supplied and were upset they could not make it work (we did). When you brought to us the truck the Control unit on the dash was not working also the blend door actuator {03/27/24}. Everything was working as planned. You then brought the truck back because it was not getting cold, and we found that YOUR compressor was leaking refrigerant {04/23/24}. We allowed you to purchase another compressor for us to install (YOUR PART) AS WE WILL NOT WARRANTY YOUR PARTS OR OUR LABOR. We did not supply the parts. Installed your compressor and all was working well. On 04/02/2025 You returned the truck stating the A/C was not cold anymore. We checked you truck and found that YOUR compressor was leaking. {NOT OUR PART} We supplied pictures of the Compressor and the A/C clutch cycling switch that required replacement. You got upset that we will not warranty YOUR parts {NO WARRANTY ON PARTS OR LABOR} This why we DO NOT install customer supplied parts. You can see this on all your receipts that you were a where of this and we told you verbally. You declined repairs and are upset that YOUR parts are defective. We have been in business 26 yrs, and I am a VETERAN. We have NEVER taken advantage of anyone EVER.  
So, you review is incorrect.  
Thank you for your service to our country!
