The technician removed your door panel to test power and ground to the motor. We replaced your faulty window switch and we neither touched the window/glass nor removed it from the track. When the window came up, there was a chip/crack in it, which was told to you by our service manager over the phone. I would be upset too, but as I mentioned we did not need to touch your glass or see it prior to fixing the switch. Have a great day!
