Excellent workmanship
We received excellent service from all the different levels of employees. We received well understood explanations of our problem from the guys actually doing the work all the way up to the owner of the business. Transmissions are very heavily used parts of a car and it can be difficult to know what the problems are until the vehicle is driven by the repairmen. And even after the repair when we had some continued issues with the transmission they helped us figure out the problem and fixed the issues at NO extra fees. Great work, the car is running great now.

All of the places I went to for service refused to do the service without signing a release form for not responsible if they did the flush and something happened to the transmission
I would recommend this shop to anyone . Including my family

We know that regular maintenance is not only necessary but if your transmission is not already experiencing any issues, performing a transmission service to the factory's specifications will not damage it. Our experienced technicians will always conduct a thorough transmission inspection prior to servicing to verify that your transmission is functioning correctly before we perform any service. Emergency breakdown on road trip
We started having transmission problems traveling from Texas to Florida and if we had to breakdown we are glad it happened around Spanish Fort because Jonathan and Corey got us taken care of and fixed in the week we were gone. He walked us through the after hours drop off process and even recommended hotel and rental car options. They had it diagnosed and parts ordered on Friday and by Tuesday they had us ready to go for pickup on Wednesday. Everything works better than ever now and was reasonably priced. 5 stars on service, quality, timely repairs and price. They were a lifesaver in a time of need.

Professional, spent time explaining what other places failed to mention about the issue with the transmission and not just a torque converter. They didn’t just put a bandaid on it they ensured the whole system was repaired properly.

Quality Operation
I took my F150 in last year and was told it was failing. Jonathan said I could continue to drive it and it would let me know when it was time. I got another year out of it and they replaced it with a remanufactured Jasper. Price was as quoted and it was ready when promised. Drives and shifts great. Thanks.

Didn’t preform service they were supposed to

Always great service
Although they ended up not having to work on my transmission they were great in taking my truck next door to the mechanic to fix my crankshaft sensor. Fortunately, this fixed the issue. So happy to save that money!
