Best shop I’ve been to, only one I’ll go to now
From my personal experience, I don’t really trust most shops. I’ve had enough experiences where you either get the run-around, the up-sell of everything, or just a shop with zero customer service and you’re guessing when you’ll get an update on your vehicle. None of that is the case with Advanced Automotive. From the moment I reached out and was contacted about what services I wanted done, I was treated respectfully, was asked questions about my vehicle, and was able to give and receive input about it. This shop truly serves its customers and treats them well. Every call I had with them was great, I got detailed information about what was going on, what they found, and advice on what to do. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, I never felt like they were overplaying the issues that were present, and I got extremely detailed notes about issues with my vehicle that I can address over time, as money comes in to afford more work on it. A+, class act, hard working and friendly people at Advanced - truly blessed to have this shop in town. If you are on the fence, just take your rig here, they’ll take care of it!

Wow, thank you for your kind words Chance, I really appreciate you taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. This is why I opened the shop over 16 years ago, the desire to take the angst and worry about taking your vehicle in for repairs, I feel like a coach who just watched his team play a full game just the way we practiced.
