I'm 68 yr old & have Never found such an honest, friendly & reliable Auto repair shop until Advanced Auto Authority!! First repair shop that didn't up-charge for unnecessary repairs. You are told up-front, what repairs will cost. They showed me what was wrong & Quickly scheduled an appointment convenient for me. I will never use any one else for my Auto needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love this shop. Bob is great and does an excellent job. He takes his time and he explains what needs to be done before he does it. I love his honesty, he sincerely cares about his customers and he provides them his best. As a widow, I don't worry about being taken advantage of. Very trustworthy in my opinion.

These guys are the best!
Bobby and Mark and the other very skilled mechanics took great care of my car. I brought it into the shop with lots of mechanical problems and drove out with what felt like a brand-new car!
Have to say Danny is amazing. Moved over three years ago to Harpers Ferry and I drive to Montgomery County for my vehicle needs cause this place is that good and very reliable. The trust and knowledge far surpasses any other place I’ve ever been. This place has never made me feel like they would take advantage of anyone just to make a sell. I’d recommend to everyone.
Came in due to a friend recommending a good honest repair shop. I had an antifreeze leak. The tec was good and through even had me come over and look at the problem. The leak was not obvious and actually minor. His counsel to keep a close eye on it. Done in 25-30 min. Go to pay and I’m hit w $117 bill. To lift the car look around and tell me they cannot fix anything. Ouch! Should be a way to ck a potential problem w/o a +$100 price.
Advanced Auto Authority are experts in servicing BMW’s and have taken excellent care of mine for over 5 years. This last visit was no exception as they literally brought my car back from the dead that had a very perplexing alternator/battery issue. They are very honest in all of their dealings and I trust them explicitly. If you have a BMW and don’t want to drive all the way to Alexandria or Sterling (and pay their crazy expensive rates!) go to Advanced Auto Authority!
Knowledge and honesty, so hard to find, these guys have both.
They worked on my son's truck and they did a great job. I immediately knew I would take my truck to them as well. They just fixed a long list of things that other other places had ignored. They also are great at explaining thing, I learned so much about my truck. I couldnt be more pleased.
