While James has been very good at communicating and easy to work with, I needed a repair done to the A/C in order to sell my car that didn't end up working out quite as well as I had hoped. The standard to which it was repaired was fine with me when I got it back, but when the buyer looked at it they realized that it had not been fixed to their standard of care. While I'm sure that some issues were fixed with the system, and A/C systems are always notorious for never being fixed, it's important that the mechanic catches issues that customers may not be aware of. I would like to recommend this place, but more for personal family repairs, not as a replacement for dealership standard repair.
