Honest & Professional
I had a no start no crank problem with my vehicle, I took it to Adams shop and they had it diagnosed within 2 hours. We talked through different options, and he was able to help me save money. His shops is very clean and organized, which gave me peace of mind that he would be able to take care of my vehicle. I will be going to Adam for all of my vehicle needs and will recommend him to friends and family.

Thorough & Quick
Had a serious issue with my vechicles charging system . Adam was able to see me and diagnose problem the very next morning. Problem was a faulty alternator. Adam made the warranty calls for us & recommended a dealer in Siloam Springs who could help us .Adams Autowerks are very personable and professional.I would comfortably send friends there for service on their vehicles.

Finally a shop I can call home!
I will go nowhere else, honest, respectable, and tell you how it is. Hard to find anymore. Thank you guys so much. Even took care of small stuff on the side I didn’t ask for.

Honest and friendly
I had a check engine light come on while passing through Rogers, AR on a cross country trip. A local recommended this shop. They took us in right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. They then expedited a parts order. Upon getting the part a few hours later they immediately repairs the car. The best surprise was the bill! (Who says that?!). Very reasonable, especially for expedited service. Car is running great and back on the road and on schedule!! Thanks guys!

Rip Off
The employees were very friendly - that’s the good of this place, and it’s probably how they get away with what I tell you in the rest of this review. I genuinely liked the gentlemen I spoke to. So I guess if you only care about customer service, you should go here. However, the quote they gave me was $900-$1,200 more than other quotes I received from other reputable mechanics and auto shops. The parts they were replacing added up to $600-$800 (for a consumer - keep in mind that mechanics get a discount) and they quoted me $2,200 to fix my vehicle. Also, they told me, to diagnose my vehicle, the charge would be $55, but then they tried to charge me $140. Now, to be fair, they did do the diagnosis same day, and ultimately only charged me $55, so that was great customer service (kudos). However, the pricing was way off, and I personally felt that they were attempting to take advantage of my situation.

Regarding the diagnostic fee: We explained that depending on the complexity of the issue, the charge could range from $55 to $140. In your case, the diagnostic time and labor would normally have justified the $140 charge. However, to honor your concern, we reduced it to $55.

As for the repair estimate, we strive to provide fair, transparent pricing that reflects quality parts, certified labor, and warranty coverage. While prices may vary between shops, we never inflate costs or take advantage of anyone — and we stand by the integrity of our process.

Quick and honest
These folks bent over backwards to help me with my pickup problem. Pointed out another issue that could be a problem down the road. Genuine care and interest in service not the attempt to “up-sale” like others.

Friendly, competent, customer-oriented.
After several years of relying on Adams Autowerks, I have complete confidence in how they tend to vehicles and customers. When I dropped my vehicle off yesterday for some diagnosis and repairs, I mentioned that I didn't need it back for a few days... but they had it ready for pickup in a few hours.
