I drove all the way up from St. Paul to Forest Lake today for vehicle maintenance at Acts Automotive Repair, and the experience was nothing short of flawless. The required work took nearly three hours, so I decided to wait on-site. Their waiting area exceeded expectations—it was an incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable space that made the time fly by. The real icing on the cake happened at the very end of my visit. It had started pouring rain, and the mechanic went out of their way to keep my car safely inside the service bay so I wouldn't get drenched. I was able to just hop straight into a perfectly dry car, back right out, and head home. On the way home, I noticed my car was running exactly like it did when I first drove it off the dealership lot after my purchase! Finding an auto shop that operates with this level of genuine kindness, trust, and impeccable service is rare. Acts Automotive Repair has officially earned a customer for life. I will happily continue making the drive up from St. Paul for all my future automotive needs—even if it's just for a basic oil change. Highly recommend!
