Continue to use you as my car service
I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in with a ticking noise thinking it was a lifter that all signs indicated. After looking at my Jeep it was decided it was a much cheaper repair of a rocker. I truelly appreciate your honesty and will full heartedly recomend and continue to use you as my car service.

Steve, would not keep coming back time and again for 30 some years if you weren't treating me and my family right. I trust you will fix my vehicles in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Don't know where I will take my vehicles when you retire someday!

My experience with Action Auto Clinic was very positive. The staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. I live alone and could easily be taken advantage of with regard to any auto repairs but I definitely did not feel like that was the case. I was treated fairly & actually was charged less than quoted. I will definitely return Thank you.

They have been trustworthy, competent and concerned
I have been using Action Auto to service my vehicles for the last 8 years since I moved to St Charles. From new tires to front end work to ignition repair to regular oil changes, they have been trustworthy, competent and concerned about making sure my vehicles were repaired properly.

Always there for us
Action Auto is always there for us. We have been with them for over 16 years. They promply take care of the maintenance of both of our cars, but more importantly they are there when you have an emergency. Action always discusses the issue before they perform any work. We are always in good hands.
