Professional, Friendly & Efficient
I reached out via their website to make an appointment for a Maryland Inspection. They got back to me promptly, scheduled my appointment for a couple of days later, and confirmed the appointment 24 hours before. I dropped it off on time. Office was very professional, friendly and efficient. I live a couple miles away and they offered me a lift home and let me know when, later in the day the car would be ready. It was ready even sooner than originally promised and they again offered me a ride back to the garage. I had some trouble with my credit card initially, but I got it shorted in a couple of minutes, and they were very professional and patient as I worked it out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend.
