I am writing this review after using the services of Accurate Autobody Redmond not once but twice.
Both times, it was awesome (and highly recommend) working with Jackson Clemmons and the front desk. They keep you posted with updates regularly. I am also grateful for the guidance provided by Jackson Clemmons on how to go about the repairs and work with the insurance since it was the first time dealing with such situations for me both times. The quality of repair is excellent since they use only Suburu certified parts. The shop also has a tie up with Enterprise car rental across the street, which makes it convenient to setup a car rental on dropping off the car. They work best with Progressive insurance as of 2024, not sure of other insurances. Please call and check. If you are a Subaru owner, you can blindly rely on them for your repairs end to end. The only problem I have faced is the lack of appointments for estimates and repairs, but I see that as an issue with many body shops.
Accurate Autobody is great. They do a really good job and keep you abreast of the process. They did a wonderful job with my sons Crosstrek, which was damaged in a hit an run. Everything came out perfect and the car looks like new.
The amount of ability, craftsmanship and pride these folks put into their work shows!! You'd never know there was any damage to speak of. Additionally, Randy and team will absolutely advocate for the customer and handle the insurance companies - which really alleviates the stress of the situation. The entire crew is just amazing - will refer Accurate to everyone I know who is in need of paint or body repair =)
