Very unprofessional
I called different Shops around stanwood got some high quotes, but then I came across, absolute auto they quoted me 2K cheaper sweet! . I went ahead and Had them work on my SUV it took them 2 1/2 months to Fix a timing chain/camshaft and it was never fixed properly. Every time we left the shop the next day we had to bring it back and drop it off. Got so tired of bringing it back I traded the car in. If your car needs major machanic work I’d leave that to the professionals and not take your car to absolute auto! sometimes cheaper is not better,

Absolutely automotive
I've never been disappointed with their workmanship and they have been on time and on budget the staff has always been friendly. I have recommended them to my friends because they run an honest shop

Fixed what I needed, didn't oversell
This is my 2nd experience with the shop & they're a good honest bunch who keep my truck on the road. They're my go-to mechanics now.

Quick response time.
I had been working with another shop for years that had to close due to the economy. Was referred to Absolute Auto by my parts shop as a replacement as they have worked with both companies. Vern was very quick to respond to questions and concerns and the whole experience was great.

Requested work, received great service/treatment
I requested an oil change and front end alignment. While I knew my tires were a little on the old side, Absolute Auto repair stated the alignment would do no good and tire conditions would only bring it back. We decided to change out the tires and perform the alignment at that time. Anytime a situation like this arises, they inform me if the work is necessary or not. They've always looked out for my best interest, saved me time and money, and I have complete faith in all aspects of their business.
