One can not put expectations on car repairs
I’m extremely happy with ABA Auto Repair. My expectations were not aligned with the real world. I was stressed, over whelmed, with other things in my life. I had to wait for my car, not having any other transportation. It took much longer for them to get to my car than I thought it would. The part would have to be ordered and they would get itthe next day. My car was overheating and I was concerned driving it, but had to have transportation. There were no rental cars to be had. The mechanic told me the coolant was leaking and I would need to keep an eye on it and drive as little as possible. I did that and kept the air conditioning off. I got three critical errands, taken care of. I was able to drop the car off that night so they could start on it the next morning when it was cold, it took it took all day to get it repaired, but that included another issue covered on warranty. When I went to pick up the car, it was leaking coolant,. The mechanic had just returned from a test drive of 30 miles. I was pretty stressed, because it was still leaking although from a different place. They needed to do some more troubleshooting, and it was 5pm, but I had to have the car for the weekend. The mechanic and the office staff were very kind and doing everything they could. They acknowledged my frustration. They just needed more time to troubleshoot. there were no rentals available anywhere in Hillsboro or Beaverton. Again, I took the car and being cautious and keeping an eye on the thermostat.I’ve been driving the car all weekend and so far everything seems to be working well.
My point here is that even with a great mechanic things happen and the world does not revolve around mine needs.

Excellent customer service
I've been coming here for the past several years for oil changes, tires, and other routine services. I've dealt with some really inept mechanic shops that always overcharge you, so I was really relieved when I discovered ABA. I'll be a customer for life.

A very caring and considerate auto shop
I have gone to ABA for the last couple of needs I've had for my Corolla. I am treated like a true customer. The whole team is considerate, and they actually work to solve the problem. I don't feel afraid that I'm going to be taken advantage of or given the runaround on what is needed. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive repair needs!
