I took my Boxster in to have the water pump replaced and a problem with the convertible top diagnosed, not fixed, just diagnosed.
They had my car for 6 weeks and still did not get the problem with the top diagnosed.
When I picked it up, there were (once again; I complained about this before) greasy fingerprints all over the inside of the car and footprints on my mats.
Worse than that, there are scratches on both doors that I know we're not there when I dropped the car off.
Can anyone recommend a mechanic that cares about his customers car?
Kay said there was an issue with price, for some things that needed to be added on and they gave her a heads up, ahead of time and worked it out with her. They are a great business.
The professional manner and courtesy are exceptional.
The entire staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. When diagnosing any vehicle issues, always upfront about repairs and costs. I would highly recommend Ab and Tom's to anyone.

#1 Honest Mechanic
I have never met a more honest mechanic shop !!! Dan the owner is a very stand up guy! 100% respect for him!
I have a BMW X5 SUV. Long story short human error happened and They had to put NEW engine in. The employee admitted where he may have made an error and so the Owner Dan, replaced my engine at full cost. I got a rental car the whole time too. They replaced my engine and then some- extra parts Put on too !
It worked out for me in the long run and yes during the process it was a little stressful but they could’ve easily gave me some runaround story as to why they weren’t to blame. Humans make error . It’s natural - nobody is perfect—- and they owned it! That’s HARD to Find, especially when it’s coming out of
Someone’s pocketbook.
I will forever take my vehicles to this mechanic only for as long as I live in the area.
It is so hard to find an honest mechanic shop and accidents happen sometimes but their integrity and honesty and mechanic work blew me away I am very grateful that I took my vehicle there in the first place.
