Their negligence put me in danger
My work van broke down and AAC supposedly fixed it. The very next time we took the van out it broke down again in the middle of the highway. I had cars flying at me at 70-80 miles and swerving around me and barely missing me. It was very dicey and quite terrifying. I had the van towed back to AAC and they charged us another $1000+ (they had charged us over $800 the week before). Furthermore they showed me no professional courtesy or personal respect whatsoever. Feeling completely taken advantage of, disrespected and demeaned, the only thing I could do was let them know that I would be recommending that our company take our business elsewhere. The next thing I know, our production manager tells me that THEY called him to complain about ME! Where do these guys get off??

I can’t in good conscience recommend these people to ANYONE.

The car runs like new!
Who would think a tune up on a 10+ year old car could make such a difference? My Civic was hesitating but otherwise ran fine. The difference in the pick up off the line is phenomenal. We’ve use AAC for years and even though we moved farther away, this shows me why we still come back here for service.

So very helpful
Tim and his team at AAC are wonderful. We brought in a very old van in and weren’t sure if we were going to put the money into it to do repairs. They looked at it and gave us an estimate. We took 2 days to make up our mind about repairs. Tim was so patient and understanding of the situation.
The van is quiet, brakes are great and most of all we know it’s safe to drive now.
