FEMALES BEWARE!!! I have had my fifth transmission put in my car since July of 2024. My warranty paid $5000 on the original transmission and I paid $500 in July of 2024. I moved to Houston so I paid $300 to have my car shipped there. I picked up my car on yesterday. I was charged an additional $300 for the reprogramming of the new transmission. The owner waivered the $200 he was going to charge me for transmission fluid. Get this the new transmission only warranty is the remaining balance from the prior transmission that was put in. This place is a scam. The owner pretends to be a Christian yet look at his business practice. He rips off females. Had I been a man, there is no way I would have been charged an additional fee on a transmission that was under warranty. I don't advice any female to go here. I hate I went there. There business practices are shady. The owner was out of the country yesterday. CJ kept telling me he wasn't the owner. The owner would be back on July 16 and I could talk to him then about the fee of $300. There was nothing he could do . He told me talk to the owner when I told him this is not right because I was all ready out of money to ship my car there, for a rental, and the cost to ride the bus there. I told him I feel the shop they're buying the faulty transmission from should have paid the reprogramming fee after all this is the fifth transmission put in within a year. I am really concern about the transmission that was just put in. The ONLY reason I returned to this shop is because my transmission was put in here and is still under warranty. I called two other transmission shops and was told they would not have charged me anything additional if the transmission was under warranty and had to be replaced. My advice is please for your peace of mind don't patronize this business. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. It is family owned so there is no such thing as calling corporate. I gave a good review in July of 2024 but that was before I had to have four additional transmissions put in. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even though it sounds like you’ve been on quite the rollercoaster with your car. Having to deal with multiple transmissions certainly doesn’t make for a pleasant journey, and we understand your frustration. You were told about the fee before you sent auto up and agreed also threatened to stop pay for the fee and told me I was your enemy. Im sorry you feel this way form the moment you came you was mad and no pleasing you. You ask to test drive the car I said sure the moment you got in car you didnt allow a minute to warm up you put the car in gear stepped hard on the gas in reverse then direct to drive looked like you floor boarded it CVT tranminnsion are not designed for that type of driving they are not race built transmissions not sure if this is your normal driving habits or not. Nothing I could have done would made you happy Mrs Banks hope you have safe travels.
