The whole car donation to Pepe thing is such a farse. The car was given to them because they told the owner it needed more work than it was worth. Owner donated car for them to dispose of since they told owner it was a loss, they minimal repairs and donated it to a guy. Whole thing is a lie except for Pepe got a car and now A1 is trying to milk free positive publicity. Too bad they are such dishonest people in the first place taking advantage of Pepe for their gain.

Scammers
Quoted me an extra $800 for a timing belt replacement along with the full cost of the oil pump replacement I needed… they can both be done at the same time, (you literally have to take off the timing belt to get to the oil pump) and the parts all together cost like $150. doing the timing belt would not add that much in labor. Quote was extremely high to begin with. Also suggested of bunch of stuff that wasn’t necessary. They act like they’re transparent by showing you a picture of something and pointing out something you probably wont understand unless you know enough. I would give them 2 stars because they were fast and I liked the online estimate system, but that’s probably why they need to charge to much.

Sold us a bad used car
Took our Kia Amanti in. Ball joint broke. Said it cost more to fix then it's worth. Kurt manager asked if we would be interested on buying the Chevy Avio out back?. He told us it had a blown head gasket. However if he hadn't bought his daughter a car recently he would fix this one up for her. We thought these guys know what they are talking about right?. Well they "fixed it". 3 weeks later we had it. Till one warm day in June when it over heated. Had it towed in. Noticed oil in the coolant Reservoir. They let it sit for 2 months. Before i made a review on Google. Got the owners attention Kendall. He was apologizing at every turn. "We will fix it right. Even if I have to help. Because it's my shop and everything that happens their is on me." Picked it up Monday after another flushing of the system. Yesterday we had a huge puddle under the car. I did as Kendall asked and go directly through him. But wait. He insisted it wasn't my kids car leaking. Then tells me to deal with Kurt. Going back on his word not once but twice. Shitty ownership. Always Honest my Ass!!!!! Oh and he wanted my review taken down. If I was satisfied. Well I took it down. Now I'm putting up another because I'm not satisfied and if they think they ate getting away with this they won't. I'll hit them in the wallets till I feel I cost them what we are out.

A1 Automotive only works on my Audi!
Went into A-1, to have work done on my Audi Q5. As always the guys, are helpful and knowledgeable and quick with their turn around! My Audi sounds great and runs great! Thanks A-1!

Excellence defined....
My daughter ruined a tire. Walmart could get the exact tire in 3-5 days. A1 had one in overnight and had it completed in 45 minutes. All within $8 of Walmarts price. This is why you should support local businesses. Plus talking to Cecilia in the office is always a blast..........THANK YOU A1 Automotive!!
