Raymond is very professional & personable.

Driver handle sticking & got caught on something & wouldnt push out I had to pull it back in, before it would open. Doing that often as I try to get out of the car.

Excellent service
It’s a small but excellent auto repair shop. I got my Jeep head light changed. I am very much satisfied with their service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for good service.

Fees for my 65,000 mile check up and work
I am and never have been unhappy about your work. However I am very unhappy with your fees for the work you did for my 65,000 mile check up. $900 seems excessive. I have never paid such a large amount for what I consider normal maintenance. You have always been reasonable and always taken care of my car in a very good and timely manner. Yet the fees for your services have left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have reviewed the Invoice in question. After looking over the repair, I cannot understand how why you are thinking that the "fees" are unreasonable. By law, we must charge a Hazmat fee to dispose of the used fluids we removed from your vehicle , which was $5.00. The labor charges and time for all the services we provided were correct to the Alldata time, which is our industry standard. $ 900 for all of the services we provided is not unreasonable at all , considering all the flushes, and time invovlved in the correct Maintainence of your Vehicle per Honda's recommendations. 
We pride ourselves here at A-z By providing outstanding customer service and great pricing. Our labor rate is one of the lowest in Sarasota for auto repair. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss further, as we never like to see a dissatisfied customer. Normal maintainence occurs by daily driving and driving habits. A 65k Service is an interval the Dealer recommends , and is usually higher in cost, because of the fluid changes and tune up involved, that are normally not done when a simple oil change is performed.

Trustworthy, Timely Repair
Widow with an older car, In the past I've been a bit fretful when it came to needing car repair. Diagnosed long time problem, repaired
For years our 2016 Honda Odyssey had trouble starting. Push button start frequently led to several seconds of starter rolling to get engine running on its own. Another shop proposed to change the starter.
A-Z Auto Repair diagnosed issue to not be the starter, but rather 2 fuel injectors with problems. Problem solved.
Received clear explanation of work needed and estimated cost prior to work performed. Work completed timely.

Best Auto Repair in Sarasota
A-Z Auto Repair was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Sarasota and it's been the best advice we ever received! We take both of our vehicles which are older and high mileage (both over 100,000 miles and one of them is approaching 200,000 miles) and A-Z keeps them safe and roadworthy. Their prices are much less than what a dealer would charge for the same repairs and maintenance and there is constant communication so you always know the status of your vehicle. Honest and integrity are more the exception than the rule in life but you'll find an abundance of both if you take your vehicle to A-Z Auto Repair. You'll never be pressured to make a repair, you'll never be asked to make or sold an unnecessary repair and if there is one that should be made at some point in the future they will let know. There is no better auto shop in Sarasota County than A-Z Auto Repair!
