Our car broke was overheating on I-75 on a Saturday while we were driving to FL from TN. Had it towed, but we needed to have someone fix it before we came back through town a week later. This is absolutely a situation where a mechanic could take advantage. Wayne did not. He charged us a fair rate for diagnosing the issue and a few more dollars to fix the minor problem. He then held our car for several days - at no charge - and made arrangements for us to pick it up after hours. Much appreciated, Wayne! (And sorry for the misunderstanding about pickup time - that was all on us!)
