Made an appointment yesterday to have my AC checked out. Not working. Brought it in at 7:30. I was told yesterday by Gregg that they’d be able to check it out for 285.00. No refund, just the analysis price. I was there on time. I went to the harbor close by to wait and walk. By 11:00 I hadn’t heard from anyone! I had an appt 40 minutes away that I advised Gregg of yesterday. He said “no problem”. When I called to be picked up from the harbor I asked Gregg how it went with my car/ac. He said they didn’t have time to get to it!!! I was floored to say the least. I wasted 6 hours, gas and am humiliated. The worst part is no one appeared to care except a shallow “I’m sorry” from Gregg. The fact that they wasted my time, gas and I still have no Ac in almost 100 degree weather is beyond horrific and they should be ashamed. I will gladly let anyone I know what a horrible, unethical place ABC Auto in Ventura is!!!
