Stan said the business is honest and dedicated to the customers and their issues. He took his vehicle to Meineke and they told him that he needed to replace the two front rotors. He asked if they could just shave them and they told him the rotors needed replacing and that would cost him $400. He took the vehicle to the business and they told him that shaving the rotors would be sufficient. They only quoted him $45 for the service. Their machine was down, so they used one at a facility next door. Stan had to wait all day for the repair to be performed but he was not charged by the business. They told him that they were compensating him for the long wait.
Marco and his team have always gone beyond what one would expect. There has never been a time that they have not been right on to what's causing a problem, and fixed it for less than I expected. Their work ethic has always excelled in every job I have brought to them. Marco's knowledge as a mechanic never ceases to amaze me. I have watched him fix problems that other mechanics missed or cannot resolve. I do wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends and family.
